Yes, I have used an iPhone for an extended period of time and while it's a great consumer device, it's just not strong enough when it comes to business. It's missing true enterprise push so messages take too long to receive unless set to constant ...
I wouldn't buy an iPhone as long as Apple cripples them and keeps the app process so ridiculous. There's just too much missing on the iPhone to be a true smartphone contender in business. I'll stick with my BlackBerry.
I second Onyx. It's a must have app on Mac. I rarely have my computer running at night so all those maintenance scripts never run without Onyx. It definitely takes a while to run it but very worth it.
